Great amount of economic damage occur in green houses at nurseries and plant breeders due to algae.

They affect negatively on the water quality, reduce the radiation of light as they settle themselves on glass surfaces, they soil or clog  the filters and grow as dead biomass, the so called bio-film, a mucous deposit which creates a big problem as breeding ground for germs and pathogens.

The fight against algae requires usage of lot of hours of work and different types of cleaning supplies. And this has a negative impact on the productivity.

Two types of devices are offered that can be used in green houses. The BioSonic  is connected to the pipe system as support and treats the bypassing water or the stagnant water in the pipeline with ultrasound.  Thus a device takes care of approximately 1000 m water columns provided that there are no air pockets. Not only are the algae killed, but additionally the bio-film is removed and scoured.

The AquaSonic is suitable for the fight against algae in big tanks and pools. The effect is immediate. The plankton algae die immediately after 2-3 days, thread algae after 3-4 weeks. A technician is not required for installation; the installation is a piece of cake with the help of user manual. Once in use, the device does not require maintenance at all.
