Affiliate, Partner program Business terms
1. The acceptance in our partner program requires our approval. There is claim to acceptance.
2. With the registration and acceptance by us, the partner is liable to place banners on his sites. The integration has to be done on the basis of the advertising means code. Changes in the banners or other modifications are not permitted, or require the written consent by Algenfrei Studer B2BC.
3. Only the sales actually generated with the banners are compensated. A fundamental for the compilation is the Affiliate program of www.algenfrei.com.
4. Payment: the payment is made quarterly, however, only if the partner account has reached a payment quota of minimum 150 Euro.
5. Algenfrei Studer B2BC has an all-time right to cancel the partner agreement. The cancellation does not require a special justification. In case of cancellation, the agreement is still continued up to the end of the month of cancellation. After the cancellation period is over, Algenfrei Studer B2BC will pay all commissions, irrespective of the amount.
6. The partner does not have a cliam on any other remunerations.
