The ultrasound sent out by the Tranducer Kills exsisting algae within two to three weeks, however, in case of thread algae this process can last upto eight weeks. However, there are also very stubborn kinds of thread algae. If after at least 8 weeks, the thread algae in your water body donot dissolve or extinction process is not clearly visible, then there is also a solution for this.

In the electric box (or in the packing), there is an interchangeable resistance on the board. The frequency of the resistance is set exactly to these stubborn thread algae.
Caution: for plugged in resistance, a tone which is audible for human beings
is sent out. Therefore, the device with plugged in resistance should never be operated at the same time for or along with bathing in pool or swimming pools.
If your stubborn thread algae have completely died, you should remove the interchangeable resistance, so that each of the exclusive ultrasonic frequencies is sent out. Therefore even during uninterrupted application of your ultrasound device, nothing comes in the way of a safe pleasure of bathing.
