Prices:

All Prices are without country-specific value added tax. The country-specific value added tax is added in the Bill. Price changes are reserved.

Order:

In order to avoind confusions, we request you to give your article name, article number for every order. In case of small orders below CHF 100.00, an extra charge is charged.

Deadlines:

The agreed delivery deadlines are adhered to far as possible. Non-observance does not justify any compenation claims.

Dispatch & Packing:

Delivery from the warehouse (Postpaid delivery with freight cleaning). The commodity is delivered at the risk of the recipient. Transport insurance is made only on request. Damages during transport are to be determined and verified bahn-, speditionsamtlich oder postamtlich officialy via railway, courier or post at the time of reciept. Express surcharges CHF 30.00 Inland (Schweiz). Packing is accounted to internal costs.

Within 10 days from the date of bill, purely net. In case of new customers, against advance payment.

Reservation of property:

Upto the remaining payment is made, deliveries remain the property of Algenfrei Studer B2BC.

Returns:

Only with former agreement*, with the original packing and in an uncomplicated (cleaned & decalcified) condition. Dispatch costs are accounted to you at following warehouse Address:

* Without a former agreement about returns, many times it results in wrong custom declarations and expenses. Returns, later acceptance of shipments, returns without confirmation are charged with a lumpsum of CHF 150.- (except for Aqua+ Action for Aquarists), possible extra costs for expenses are reserved.

Complaints:

Complaints should be informed to us within 3 days after recieving the delivery.

Material defect warranty claims:

Guarantee:
For all products, the manufacturer’s guarantee is of 24 months. The forwarding or the carriage to the repair workshop are borne by the buyer. So that a case of guarantee is dealt with fast, only the original bill is recognized as a guarantee proof. The warranty of Algenfrei for the products delivered by it is determined in every respect according to the guarantee regulations of the manufacturer/ supplier.
The guarantee is excluded, in particular for the defects, which are caused due to one of the following causes:
a) inadequate servicing
b) Non-observance of the operational or installation regulations
c) use of the products contrary to purpose
d) use of not approved parts and accessories
e) natural abrasion
f) Transport, improper use or handling
g) Modifications, or attempts to repair
h) external influences, in particular high violence, as well as other reasons, for which neither by Algenfrei Studer B2BC nor the manufacturer/ supplier is responsible.
 
Warranties not covered by the manufacturer/ supplier, as well as extra costs caused by the customer are charged to the customer. In case of wrong or missing error description, the error search is done by Algenfrei at the expenses of the customer.
The maintenance, replacement, or other repair done during the guarantee period does not result into any interruption, or lengthening of the guarantee period, also not for the exchanged/ repaired components.
In every case, the customer adheres to the processes defined by Algenfrei or by the respective manufacturer/ supplier in case of completion of possible warranties. 
Rental devices (only Switzerland):
Rents and additional costs are to be paid purely in net amount within 10 days after sending the bill. The minimum bill amount is CHF 75. - per device per month, plus an one-time order lump sum amount, except for Aqau + Action for Aquarists. The paid rent is credited 90% at the time of purchase and cannot be claimed back. 
a. The rental devices with all their components remain a property of the Algenfrei Studer B2BC. The tenant takes the liability for the devices from the time of the delivery of the batch to the time of receipt of the batch and is liable for possible damages in full extent (damage of the devices due to improper use, external influences, third persons, theft etc.).
b. Not returned or damaged devices are charged at the re-procurement price or reprocessing costs to the tenant.
c. Damages in the devices by improper use or service are charged to the tenant.
d. Insuring the rental devices with accessories against fire, water, theft and elementary damages is a matter of the tenant.
e. In case of theft or loss, the tenant is obligated to always get a police report filed. While ascertaining of damages during transport, the tenant has to arrange for a stock acceptance from the freighter.
f. The tenant confirms by signing the delivery note or on receipt of the rental devices that he has checked the devices and declares them as flawless. Defects declared later cannot be recognized by Algenfrei Studer B2BC.
g. Every kind of changes in the devices by the tenant is prohibited; the appropriate costs for the restoration of the original state are charged to the tenant.
h. The Algenfrei Studer B2BC reserves the right to attach advertisement in a reasonable size to the rental devices. The company logos and writings must neither be removed nor made invisible by the tenant.
i. If the tenant renounces the co-operation with the stock acceptance and technical check of the devices on the occasion of their return, the tenant recognizes the stock acceptance provided by the Algenfrei Studer B2BC.
j. Concessions, approvals for the starting the devices and every kind of execution licenses, are procured by the tenant at his own expense. Algenfrei Studer B2BC rejects every kind of liability in connection with damages and disturbances which were caused by the devices.

Algenfrei does not publish only those contributions, for the publication of which you have not agreed.
